Dear Norman,
You should never have left Neal alone while you, Paul, and Neal were out fishing. I understand that you are not very fond of him but he is Jessie's brother. He is your wife's brother. She loves him very much and wants to help him, you should to. It is not God's way to ignore and not help those in need. I am slightly disappointed. You always have a level head and are always doing what is right. I would have expected this out of Paul before I would have expected it out of you. I suggest you try and make things right with Jessie before you offend her more and lose your marriage.
May God Be With You,
You Father

Paul Is Picked Up at Jail
Dear Norman,
It has come to my attention that you picked your younger brother at the jail last night. What was he in for? How much was the bail? Is he okay? Your mother is worried about Paul. She thinks he is walking down a bad path. You are truly your brother's keeper. It pleases your mother very much that you are watching over him, along with the good lord himself. I do not understand the madness that Paul is going through. What is this big poker game I have heard about? Is he in trouble with money? Maybe you could give him some. When Paul comes over he tells us his newspaper stories and sometimes I cannot decide if they are real or not. They entertain your mother though. She loves him very much. We both love you very much as well.
Thank you,
Your Father

Paul Won't Eat Oatmeal
Dear Norman,
The fact that your brother would not eat his oatmeal tonight was appalling and unacceptable. I apologize for his behavior and that you were subjected to his rude behavior. Because of him your dinner was spoiled and cold when we all could finally eat our meal. Believe me your brother will be punished for his actions and next time we will have a plan that will allow you to eat a warm meal. It is not God's way to punish one of his children because the other is misbehaving. Only God knows why Paul would not eat his oatmeal.
Until Next Time,
Your Father
